On November 4, 2024, a hit-and-run driver hit and killed a one-year-old child and left the scene of the accident without stopping.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. on Morningstar Road on the Rincon Reservation, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department confirmed.
